This process allows you to renew suspended ceilings without any disruption. The acrylic emulsion developed by Basic system is fire resistant (certified MO – or A1- by the CSTB laboratories), has no smell, dries rapidly and the acoustic characteristics of the ceiling remains unaltered. It is a strong reflector. This product ensures an excellent covering for frames and tiles (fibre or metal ). It coats as well as paint without the unpleasant clingwrap effect( flaking as soon as the tile is lifted and phonic distortion)

Why choose Basic system’s ciel system
Painting suspended ceilings is not an acceptable renovation solution: the ceiling loses its fire resistance certification and flaking occurs when the tiles are handled. The acoustics of the room are altered.

The only renovation solutions are to replace individual tiles which alters the whole structure, or to replace the entire suspended ceiling. These options can cost up to 50 euros per m2
Such work causes great disruption and the site is out of use. Renovating using the Ciel system recoloring process is much quicker and costs 3 or 4 times less.
